It consists of 242 apartments divided into 9 small two-storey buildings built in espalier on the foothills of the Albères. Due to its location, the residence is not recommended for people with reduced mobility and a vehicle is recommended.

Few dishes example: 4 place settings, 8 glasses, 2 medium saucepans, 1 frying pan, 1 stewpot, The dirty floor, the very dirty refrigerator with juice that had dried on the glass plates. Ants walking around everywhere they liked the bread, signalled to the reception but no reaction it had to pass we had to buy lemons to repel them. And sowbugs walking around all over the place night and day, we reported it to the reception and as an answer we were told that they were very cute little beasts. We were offered to use insecticide if we wanted; we refused, we were not going to live and sleep with a product that destroys insects. Given the numbers, they didn't arrive overnight.
