House located in La Terrière - La Tranche Sur Mer - 1.4 km from the beach and 2800 m from the town center; comprising a living room with flat-screen TV, an open-plan kitchen (equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin, and separate WC. There's also a storeroom with washing machine, and a 400 m² terrace with garden, garden furniture, sun loungers, awning and barbecue. Pets are not allowed.
A parking space is available on the plot. The house has been awarded the 2 CléVacances label, and is rated 2 stars.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
