Ideally located, charming 50 m² T2 apartment on the 5th floor of a residence close to the market square, with elevator.
Parking is available in the Indigo downtown parking lot, just a few steps from the apartment.
Entrance with cupboard. A living room with TV (the apartment does not have WIFI) opening onto a small balcony, where you can read a book in peace or drink a coffee in the morning, with a view over the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Open-plan kitchen with hob, TOP fridge, dishwasher, microwave and dining area.
Separate toilet with hand-washer and washing machine. A double bedroom with 160cm bedding, walk-in closet and en-suite shower room.
