In the district of Vista Alegre 2.6 km from the centre of Motril, 23 km from the centre of Almuñécar, 10 km from the centre of Málaga, on a slope, 6.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'500 m2, wildlife garden and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, washing machine. Long motor access (400 m via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 6.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Nerja, La Herradura, Almuñecar, Frigiliana, Granada, Alpujarras.
