(exterior staircase) mezzanine with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Small kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Oil heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Wooden floors. Large terrace roofed, patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the forest and Riviera della Versilia. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds.
