Welcome to the magical destination of Saint-Couat-d'Aude. Enjoy a stay in this serene villa amidst vineyards. It offers a private swimming pool, and private furnished terrace for a family of 4 to enjoy.
Spend a lazy day on river Aude catching big fish. Try canoeing if you wish. Visit the nearby Minerve village at 19 km and Perpignan at 95 km. You can reach the Mediterranean Sea after a short drive. There are supermarkets in Lezignan at 10 km and shops in the nearby village at 2 km.
There is a conservatory to relax in the evening and have long dinners. The inside seating area is refurnished with comfortable sofas and an armchair to relax. The furnished terrace and garden offer an amazing experience of fruit trees and nature. You can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade with a book. A cot and high chair are available for a fee and 1 pet is allowed at 25/Stay. The house has a secluded garden with plenty of shade. The garden is completely fenced and gives a lot of privacy.

Satellite TV: no French channels. Information and/or instructions only in Dutch. Contrary to what you told me, there was air conditioning (fortunately!). Equipment ok. Excessive price for the quality of the accommodation, especially for a month of September.
