Spacious holiday home with private pool and a large garden, located in the most tourist area of L'Escala, just 8 minutes (750 m) walking to the beach of Riells. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (350 m).
The house has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A bedroom with three single beds. And another bedroom with three single beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, plus a toilet. A large dining room with access to the main terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room.
The house has a wonderful garden with private pool and porch -equipped with barbecue- where you can enjoy your meals outdoors.
In total, the villa can sleep 13 people: in 2 double beds and 9 single beds.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Very beautiful house, large and spacious, with a day corner and a separate night corner. Beautiful salt water swimming pool, deckchairs, beautiful spaces. No neighbours facing each other. Good bedding in each room. Perfect geographical location. The negative points: not enough dishes for 13 people. Forced to claim from the agency that was reactive. Cleanliness of the dishes, floors to be reviewed. Furniture sometimes obsolete, sofa to change! L'Escala is a very pleasant and clean city, where you can walk well, with a beautiful market on Sundays, beautiful beaches, beautiful seaside landscapes, wild and natural at the ends.
