Very attractive 51 m² F2 air-conditioned apartment in a recent residence on the third floor with elevator. Terrace with garden table and chairs, sunbathing area, south-east exposure and view overlooking the Lamalou casino. It's just 50 meters from the town center and the thermal baths. A fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, four-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto a main room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV. A separate bedroom with a 160cm bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. There is a laundry room in the residence with a washing machine. Wifi in the accommodation. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to availability.
