Pendant plus de vingt ans, j'ai passé beaucoup de temps dans la région, avec ma famille, en été ou hors saison. C'est toujours agréable d'être ici. J'ai acheté cet appartement il y a quinze ans et je le loue pour dix ans. Pour moi, c'est une grande satisfaction de constater que beaucoup de mes locataires reviennent les années précédentes, ce qui signifie qu'ils sont très satisfaits de leur séjour dans l'appartement et qu'ils aiment la région. Pour moi, il est très important que mes visiteurs soient à l'aise, qu'ils répondent à tous leurs besoins, qu'ils profitent de leur séjour et soient satisfaits. J'aime particulièrement les familles avec ou sans enfants ou les couples, car l'endroit est calme et familier.

Renovated apartment of 60m2 that is distributed in living room (with sofa bed) and fully equipped kitchen; quadruple room (double bed and bunk bed), bathroom, and a large terrace-solarium of 16m2, with teak furniture and parasol, overlooking the garden and partially to the pool and the sea. Ideal for lunch and dinner in a relaxed way, as place of playing the children, or sunbathing. The apartment has 32 HD TV with USB connection, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, iron, hairdryer and Nespresso machine, with complimentary capsules. It has fans, as well as DVD and CD readers. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. It's part of the Treumal Center residence, just 150m2 from the well-known Cala del Pi, as well as other beautiful coves and beaches (Belladona, Rovira ..) of the Costa Brava, accessible on foot in just a few minutes. All are sand. The place is ideal for families and couples, very quiet, with swimming pools for adults and children, gardens, barbecue. Located in an area of great beauty. The centre is accessible on foot in 15 min or 2 min by car. There is no private parking but you can park on the street, free and secure. Apartment as advertised, very well located close to beautiful coves. The city centre is 15 minutes walk away. It is located in a well maintained residence with two beautiful swimming pools.
