In Lomener, the exceptional seafront location of the well-maintained "Les Balcons de la Plage" residence combines the pleasures of the beach, swimming, coastal path walks and magical ocean views with the island of Groix in the background. This type 2 apartment (approx. 35m2) is located on the 2nd floor and comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with sofa bed opening onto a balcony with a full sea view and south-facing balcony, a fully-equipped kitchenette (top fridge, 2-burner hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave and washing machine), a bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom and separate toilet.
*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
