Quietly located in the Hameaux de Kerdreff hamlet, this 3-room longère is ideal for vacations, thanks to its location not far from beaches and amenities. It comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto a living room with terrace and private enclosed garden, and a separate toilet with washbasin and washing machine. Upstairs, a hallway with cupboard leads to 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with a 140cm bed, one with a wardrobe and the other with a cupboard, and a shower room with WC. The apartment benefits from covered parking and is south-facing. The garden features a picnic table, barbecue and garden shed. The property is equipped with WIFI.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
