Here you're just 800 meters from the village of St Perdon. La ferme du Poulet, housed in an old barn, will certainly win you over with its well-preserved character and the layout of the rooms opening onto the covered balcony-terrace overlooking the fields. Just 5 km away, you can enjoy a range of activities at the Marsan leisure center, including swimming (in summer), fishing, walking, running or mountain biking on the cycle paths. It's the ideal place for a great outdoor outing! Entrance via a hall on the first floor, then all rooms open onto a covered south-facing terrace on the upper floor. Kitchen-living room, lounge, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), 2 bathrooms. 1 on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
