GROUND FLOOR: living room (TV, DVD player, stereo, regional books) , dining room, . FIRST FLOOR: 1st bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm, chest of drawers), 2nd bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm + chest of drawers and closet), bathroom (with bath) and separate WC.
SECOND FLOOR: turquoise bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm with wardrobe and desk). Games/relaxation room with telecommuting desk and library.
BASEMENT: (washing machine, tumble dryer, clothesline). Two small free parking lots on our street, for easy parking in summer.
Bed linen and towels provided, heating and electricity included. Housekeeping included.

Non-smoking cottage. Welcome to Neshama, a large fisherman's cottage (115m2) in the heart of Fécamp, just a stone's throw from the port and the beach, for your stay with family or friends... Neshama allows you to take full advantage of all the activities offered by the tourist office: old rigging gatherings, guided tours, accompanied hikes, the Tour de France à la Voile, exhibitions at the Musée des pêcheries and the Musée de la Bénédictine, nautical excursions as far as Etretat. Port shops are just 2 steps away: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, mini-market, as well as numerous restaurants (on the waterfront and Place Nicolas Selle). The cinema is a 10-minute walk away. The house, decorated in the theme of the town of Fécamp, offers beautiful spaces for sharing pleasant convivial moments, as well as quiet seclusion upstairs. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a small courtyard with two armchairs, a table and an electric barbecue. In summer, you can enjoy the hydrangeas in bloom.

I discovered Fécamp by sea coming from Le Havre. We arrived at night and I was seduced by the harbor entrance and the illuminated dykes. It was fireworks night, which we admired from the beach. As a lover of the sea and harbors, I wanted to know more. I went back for the weekend, took a guided tour of La Bénédicte and walked up to the Chapelle du Salut. I was won over. Weekend after weekend, I continued to discover the town: its market with producers from nearby farms, the summer evenings in Yport. Finally, I decided to buy this house in 2015, big enough to welcome the whole family and invite our friends. We did the work ourselves, with a lot of heart. The house is decorated with photos of Fécamp and paintings of Fécamp by local artists. We are now happy to offer our house for rent as a way of discovering this town, which touches us with its history and seduces us with its colors.
