Lovely and cheerful villa with private pool in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 4 persons. The villa is situated in a residential area and at 3 km from La Ampolla Moraira beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers beautiful views of the sea and the valley. The vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities and places to go out makes this a fine villa to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.
In the downstairs apartment lives an a solitary lady, but she does not use pool or garden. These are solely for our customers to use.

Very pleasant house but one of the two bathrooms is cramped and air conditioning in the living room would be welcome. Also difficult access for the elderly where a small ramp would be useful Otherwise MAGNIFICANT sea view and SUPER swimming pool. Very practical and functional kitchen. Car mandatory for shops. Holidays at the top
