Location: single-storey house, behind the dune, built on land left in its natural state (approx. 600 m²), located a few steps from access to the Grandes Loges beach (tranc 11 access - approx. 10 m), 1,500 m from town center (approx. 25 min. walk).
- 1 entrance opening onto a large living room (approx. 57 m²), divided into :
-> 1 kitchenette (stove with 3 gas hobs and 1 electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, small 1-door fridge, dishwasher),
-> 1 lounge area with 2 sofas, 1 armchair, 1 TV (flat-screen/satellite), 1 micro-hifi system (CD, Ipod/Iphone holders) and 1 fireplace (decorative only), opening onto terrace and garden,
- 1 corridor, in the living room, gives access to the bedrooms and bathrooms, divided into :
-> 3 spacious bedrooms, with ample storage space, including 1 with 2 single beds and the other 2 with 2 twin single beds,
-> 1 bathroom (sink and shower) with toilet and washing machine, 1 separate toilet,
- 1 garage (accessible via the kitchen), used for storage, with 1 2-door refrigerator (freezer compartment).
Additional equipment: free WIFI access.
Outside: large garden, sunny terrace (south-facing) with built-in barbecue, garden furniture, parasol. Parking in front of the house.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning option on reservation: fixed price of 100€. Linen not provided. One animal accepted: 25€.

Free shuttle buses (July and August) run throughout the resort, from la Grière to la Terrière, via the town center.
