A hallway leads to a bedroom, separate toilet and shower room (vanity unit + shower).
Bedroom n°1 (first floor): double bed (160) + closet.
UPSTAIRS: a mezzanine opening onto the living room with a BZ + chest of drawers.
A second bedroom: 2 single beds (90) and 1 bunk bed (2x 90).
The living room opens onto a lovely wooden terrace (garden furniture, parasol and barbecue) with an outdoor shower.
Garage used as bicycle room. Private parking in front of the house.
