The wooden terrace provides direct access to the beach and a view of the ocean and Larmor-Plage. The layout is as follows: on the ground floor, a single room with lounge table and small sofa opposite a fully-equipped kitchen area (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher), shower area with washbasin, WC with showerhead and washing machine. Upstairs, the hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), 1 of which has a sea view, and a mezzanine attic with 2 single beds (80cm). Wifi available. The west-facing aspect offers fabulous sunsets.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
