In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacations in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry (washing machine/dryer).
This new 40 m2 apartment, on the second and top floor, with stunning ocean views, can accommodate 4 people.
It comprises an entrance hall, bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
A 21m2 living room with sitting area, sofa bed (sleeps 2), flat-screen TV, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen. You'll also enjoy a 16m2 balcony with a magnificent view of the ocean and Ile de Ré, complete with terrace furniture. Equipment: dishwasher, oven, washing machine and reversible air conditioning. 50m from shops and restaurants, beach in front of the residence.
Free private parking space for one vehicle per apartment. No visitor parking available. Low-speed WiFi access is also available. A 4G box is available for rental (€40/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available on reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
