The accommodation on the ground floor is a bit cramped upstairs in relation to the slope of the roof. A small 2-seater sofa should be provided on the ground floor. The courtyard is very nice, it's a pity that the glass room is close by and that people don't respect the schedules of the residents. Despite these remarks we had a good stay.

Semi-detached house very well placed at 5min from the beach, access by foot, but quite far from the city centre of La Tranche-sur-Mer because in reality it is located in La Griere. Small for 5 people, ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 children max. Good access to the free bus to the city. A pleasant but cold swimming pool!
