In wooded vacation residence, with unheated collective swimming pool, open during the summer season, pleasant house opening onto enclosed, private garden.
Fitted kitchen-living room opening onto terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bathroom (shower, washbasin), separate wc, 1st floor: mezzanine with low ceiling and 2 single beds (80cm).
Facilities: 2 fridges with a small freezer section, 2 hotplates, ordinary oven, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, electric coffee-maker, iron, washing machine. garden furniture, 1 television, 1 barbecue.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: fixed price of 60€. Linen not included.
Location: 350 m from the beach, access via the pine forest, 1.5 km from seasonal shops and 4 km from the town center with all amenities.
Civil liability insurance certificate with holiday clause required. Vacation vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season.
