Location: on a road leading to one of the main streets in the town center (300 m from shops) and close to the central beach (800 m), small duplex in a 3-unit residence. Common courtyard for vehicle parking in front of each unit.
Layout :
- 1 entrance with 2 single bunk beds and shower room with WC,
- 1 living room opening onto the terrace (south-facing) and including :
-> fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave) and living room (sofa, flat-screen TV and radio),
-> large storage area with washing machine,
- 1 bedroom (access by stairs in living room) with 3 beds: 1 double bed and 1 single bed (80cm).
Upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height under 1 m 80).
Outside: terrace on small, enclosed, landscaped plot, with garden furniture, barbecue and electric griddle.
End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: fixed price of 60€. Linen not provided.
