Just 300m from the Dunes beach and close to the bike path, type 2 mezzanine house located in a vacation residence with heated communal pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) and tennis courts.
It comprises a main room with dining area (table, chairs), sitting area (sofa, TV) and kitchenette (2 induction hobs, mini-oven, top refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave).
A shower room (shower, washbasin) with WC inside (but separated by a door).
Bedroom with double bed (140cm) and storage space.
Upstairs, a mezzanine opening onto the living room with 2 single beds (90) under sloping ceilings + storage space.
Pleasant terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, awning and barbecue.
Garden shed with washing machine. Private parking.
Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
End-of-stay cleaning optional (+60€), to be booked with the agency.
A cleaning deposit may be required.
