This wonderful detached 2 bed 100 m2 villa is located on golf resort Mosa Trajectum with the fantastic newly renovated 18 holes golf course Golf Altaona, and 24 hours / 7 days a week security. This particular villa is located on a cosy and child friendly square of 16 villas, with the garden and swimming pool in the centre. Facing southwest with the beautiful sunset in the evening.

The historic capital of Murcia with its Cathedral, monuments and many restaurants and bars in the small allies is 13,5 km. from the resort. 15 minutes drive brings you tot the beaches of Mar Menor with its shallow sea.
The port of Cartagena Port is a fantastic place to visit and is only 25 minutes by car.
A car is a must! However, with so many providers on the Internet, car rental prices are very competitive.
