Hello, apartment of another century, in its juice, decoration, furniture, electric plugs... Stained pillows, coffee pot and kettle,, we preferred not to use it so dirty. Bathtub sabot with shower head which falls with the hook, the screws and the pegs, painting which flakes in the shower. Traces of saltpetre in the double bedroom. But there is worse, paid parking in the vicinity (supposedly free parking but not accessible) but only for 2 hours, do not forget to get off every 2 hours, two tickets, thank you... And as we had browsed dozens of ads before renting ,,,, we were surprised by having to pay an obligatory extra; 49€ for electricity and 80€ for cleaning on our arrival, which was notified in the ad...

Buenos días, Queriamos decirle que el departamento estata en un estado de miseria total, no apto al alquiler: sistema eléctrico (de otros tiempos...), las cortinas muy sucias, la sala de bano, las pinturas, los azulejos y los sanitarios muy viejos. Los enchufes rotos tapados con sinta adesiva o fuera de servizio. Y ademas hay que elegir entre hacer un café o tostar el pan. Y una de las cosas mas peligrosas: el enchufe y el interruptor de la luz en la cabeza de la cama. Y esos sin tener cuenta de la antigüedad de las ventanas y de la suciedad de los muebles. Lamentablemente como en su oficina no encontramos a nadie, les mandamos este mensaje y dejar las llaves sin tener interlocutor. Etc etc etc etc etc etc etc Buenos días, Familia Fornillo
