The dining table is only suitable for 8 adults, so the youngest ones will be happy to have their meals alone in the kitchen. Outside, everyone can then relax on the sun loungers by the pool or on the soft cushions of the inviting garden furniture, or enjoy delicious grilled dishes with Provençal herbs under the sunshade of the outdoor dining area.
Thézan is one of the most centrally located places to tour the beautiful region of Occitania,. It is only 9 km from Béziers and 1 hour from Montpellier. Very functional house. Large terrace. Very quiet. On the other hand the pool was not heated as noted in the ad. Close to shops and Béziers. Good deals at Paul's in Pézenas and the mas Soula at the étang de Thau.

It is a beautiful house that is not highlighted by the photos on the site. The parts are of good dimensions. The pool has a temperature of about 28°C in August without heating. We did not have the chance to meet the people in charge of the house, the key is to be collected in a box on arrival and put back in the same place when leaving. The only negative point is the mosquitoes present day and night.
