Location: detached, single-storey house (2006), set in enclosed grounds with garden (approx. 400 m²), 500 m from the beach: "La Porte des Iles". Close to all amenities: approx. 3 min. drive from La Grière shops, 300 m from small shops (mini-markets) and the Fun Bus (free shuttle service in season).
- 1 bright and spacious living room (37 m²), including :
-> 1 lounge area (with 2-person sofa bed, 2 armchairs, 1 flat-screen TV and 1 DVD player),
-> 1 living area with open-plan kitchen (3 gas hobs, 1 electric hob, hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher); the living area opens onto the terrace and garden at the rear of the house via a bay window, and gives access to the bedrooms and bathrooms via the corridor.
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 with 2 single beds (90cm). One of the double bedrooms is equipped with a TV (TNT).
- 1 shower room and 1 separate WC.
- 1 garage with sink and washing machine.

To make getting around easier, free shuttles (July and August) run throughout the resort, from La Grière to La Terrière, via the town center.
