This is a ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, a double bed in the master room with its own private bathroom, a twin bunk bed with a single bed on top and a sofa bed in the living room, lodging a family of 6-7 comfortably. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard with all that you will need for a relaxing, stress free holiday.
This apartment is very close to the beaches and town of Los Alcazares and Narejos. Easy access to the golf Clubhouse, bars, restaurants and all amenities. Located only 4 minute drive to the fantastic blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor, the safest beach you can find in Europe as it is shallow most of the time.
This ground floor apartment is perfect for families with children as it overlooks the swimming pool that is just a few steps away.

Los Alcázares is a lovely seaside town with plazas full of bars and restaurants which spill out onto pavement terrazas and 4km of long white sandy beach with promenade.
There are many great activities and places to visit. These include many top golf courses, water parts, wonderful beaches, crazy golf, water sports, boat hire etc.
Cartagena is close by (15-20 minutes by car) with many historical sites and a cosmopolitan atmosphere in this port city that is popular with cruise ships because of its many shops and tapas bars.
The resort has 24-hour security and parking. This apartment offers exceptional facilities and quality accommodation and superb value for money for both families and golfers alike. The flat nature of the landscape and the shallow waters of the Mar Menor mean that this resort is not just for golfers! Pleasant apartment, well arranged and equipped. Pleasant and quiet environment. Disagreement on arrival: the phone number given had not answered for three days, forced to call customer service and no reception in French contrary to what is noted in the ad. Also, the advertisement is not in line with reality on two points: there is not one shower and one bathtub but two showers, which could be a problem for families with young children, and there is no dishwasher in the kitchen. Too bad!
