LA TRANCHE SUR MER, close to the town center within walking distance of all shops, 2-room rental adjoining a house. Comprising: 1 living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds), 1 shower room, 1 toilet. individual enclosed terrace with garden furniture.
Equipment: 1 electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, vacuum cleaner, crockery and cutlery, 1 washing machine, 1 television.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: fixed fee of 60€. Linen is not provided.
