La Tranche sur Mer, within walking distance of the beach and downtown shops. In a small gated residence with private parking space, pretty semi-detached house of approx. 30m², tastefully renovated, comprising a fitted and equipped kitchen - a living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa and TV. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. A steep staircase (not suitable for small children) leads to the mezzanine with two adjoining sleeping areas: 1st part, 2 x 80cm bunk beds. 2nd part, 1 x 140cm double bed.
Outside, private, enclosed terrace with garden furniture.
Facilities: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, barbecue, raclette machine, iron.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: fixed price of 60€. No linen provided.
Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday clause. Vacation vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season.
