Semi-detached house on one side, 2 steps from the national forest. Located behind the 'Agnès Varda' cultural complex and cinema (10 min. walk), 1,400 m from downtown shops (20 min. walk) and 1,600 m from the Générelles beach. Access to the apartment is on an incline:
-> living area with 1 sofa, 1 armchair and 1 flat-screen TV,
-> kitchenette with worktop (4-burner gas stove, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher and 2-door refrigerator with freezer compartment),
- 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed and the 2nd with 2 bunk single beds,
- 1 bathroom with washing machine and 1 separate WC.
Outside: wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue; enclosed garden. Private parking on individual plot.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
