Location: 1-storey house, right in the town center, 150 m from shops (bakery, fruit and vegetables...) and 300 m (on foot) from the central beach. A pleasant pied-à-terre close to all amenities and entertainment, without having to take your car.
Layout :
- Ground floor: entrance with staircase (17 steps) giving access to the first floor and downstairs rooms: bedroom with 2 single beds, opening onto a small corridor leading to a laundry room (washing machine) and a shower room (washbasin, shower cubicle, heated towel rail) with WC,
- Upstairs: large room (with safety gate to close off access to staircase) divided into :
-> living area with combined storage + sofa bed (2 pers.), TV (flat screen), radio-CD player, air conditioner (monobloc), 2-door fridge with freezer compartment, wall-mounted storage with 1 dishwasher and 1 microwave,
-> kitchenette (4-burner ceramic hob, 1 extractor fan, 1 oven),
-> separate WC.
Outside: no private parking space.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: fixed price of 60€.
Additional electricity consumption required in low season (01/1 to 15/06 and 15/09 to 31/12).
