Nice summer house with direct access to the beach and terrace with unbeatable views over the Cala Canyelles and the small harbour.Romantic and pleasant loft with direct access to the beach and the harbour and wonderful views; close to the community swimming pool (external to PlayaArena, for a fee - for more information please ask at the restaurant El Trull). This holiday cottage is located on the seafront in the beautiful urbanization Cala Canyelles on the Costa Brava. It is a residential area characterized by its quiet and familiar atmosphere. It is close to the community centre where we find a restaurant, bar, diving school, bus stop (high season) and information office. Next to the house are the stairs that lead directly to the harbour and the beach of Canyelles, the path offers spectacular views. These same stairs lead to the house. The house 37-4 is a loft-style house, all in a rustic Mediterranean style. It consists of a cosy living-dining room with access to the terrace. It is very bright and has large windows with beautiful sea views. The dining room has a sofa-bed with the possibility of accommodating a 3rd person (extra cost).Small and practical kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, ceramic hob, electric oven, small fridge with freezer, microwave, Melitta coffee machine, kettle and toaster.Open-plan bedroom on the second level with double bed. Bathroom with large bathtub. From the dining room there is access to a large terrace with direct views of the sea, the beach and the harbour. It has two sun loungers with cushions and a table with chairs. The terrace is enclosed, ideal for bringing your pet.Outside private parking area, at the door.
Due to its unbeatable location and the tranquillity offered by its spectacular terrace, loft 37/4 is ideal for enjoying the summer sun and romantic getaways.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km from the romantic fishing village of Tossa de Mar. Steep coastline and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains and forests; very quiet area.
In the centre of the urbanisation Cala Canyelles there are a couple of restaurants and bars, communal swimming pool (external to us - ask for entrance fee at the restaurant El Trull) and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rental, diving centre, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle surfing, sailing and other water activities. Beach umbrellas and sun loungers for hire, car hire, horse riding, golf courses and pitch and putt.
Please note that out of season the range of activities on offer may be more limited.Arrival is between 16:00 and 19:00. Arrivals outside these hours must be arranged in advance. Arrivals after 19:00hs must be communicated by phone or through the platform 2 hours in advance.The keys will be handed over at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanisation. Here the registration and payment formalities will be formalised and we will explain the details of the house.Departure must take place before 10 am.
The final cleaning does not exempt you from having to return the house in good condition.
