Between the Landes and the Basque country, the Pays du Seignanx is ideally situated for vacations. Beaches, forests, hills, lakes - these are the landscapes that will surround you. We invite you to take advantage of the opportunity to stroll, relax on the beach and discover a multitude of activities for young and old. Our gîte is just waiting for you! Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, shower room with walk-in shower, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), oil-fired heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, WIFI, fridge/freezer, unfenced garden, garden furniture, plancha, terrace and courtyard. Private grounds for gîte. Housekeeping package available at €12/hour.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating charge when heating is in use (€7 per day in 2022).
