You can reach the great beach of Port Barcarès directly from the residence which offers apartments with terrace. You will benefit from a balneo/spa area (with participation) with covered swimming pool, sauna, massages and multi-jet baths and, from April, from a heated outdoor swimming pool.
At your disposal: bakery service, laundry and outdoor parking.

Schedules and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit* to be paid on site: 300€/apartment. The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or sent back by mail.
The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness. If not, a lump sum will be retained on the deposit.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 0.83€/day/person (all occupants including children)
Eco recycling to be paid on site : 0.20€/day/person
Arrival and departure times :
Rental formula (1 week or more): arrival from 5 pm - Departure before 10 am
Escapade formula (short stay): arrival from 4 pm - Departure before 11 am
According to the opening hours of the reception and for your peace of mind, you have the possibility of carrying out the formalities of arrival from 14h. The keys and the apartment will be given to you from 5 pm. In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence which will indicate you the procedure to follow.

"In view of the exceptional situation we are going through due to the epidemic of COVID-19 and taking into account the latest governmental measures, the Odalys Group is adapting to the sanitary measures recommended by the authorities in order to guarantee the safety and health of all its clients and employees and to reinforce the hygiene measures within its establishments. As such, the availability of some of our services on site is likely to be impacted. Depending on the establishment, services such as breakfast, swimming pool, spa, wellness area, fitness room, children's club, and entertainment may be provided in full, in part only, or not available at all, depending on the evolution of the situation, which we will monitor on a daily basis. * An extra cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rate. Please note that all accommodations must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the returned accommodation and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our GTC will be likely to be invoiced through the deposit
