This old natural stone house, located in the old center of the small mountain village of Saint Marcel, has been lovingly renovated and now houses the friendly Chalet Loutantin. With a surface area of 120 m² spread over 3 floors, this mountain chalet can accommodate up to 10 people.
At your disposal: wifi access, outdoor parking (3 spaces), ski room. Shuttle bus stop 200 m from chalet, ski return possible 200 m away. Car recommended.

Conditions
Prices in euros, incl. VAT, per week and per chalet
Deposit €1,500 per chalet (payment by credit card, cheque or cash).
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
Chalets must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Arrival and departure times :
Keys handed over on Saturday from 4pm
Departure Saturday before 10am
