Villetta Golf al Mare located in the residential center called Marina Velca, with its golf course of the "Tarquinia country club", 5 minutes from the sea and close to the beautiful medieval town of Tarquinia and the Mediterranean beaches. The house is also about an hour's drive from the airport Fiumicino and 15-minute drive from the port of Civitavecchia. The villa has its own garden in which we find the swimming pool (9x4) equipped with sun beds for your relaxation. Parking on private road in front of the gate of the villa.
Your day can start with a coffee under the lovely portico, then continue with a walk or bike ride inside the area of the residence where there are mainly villas, a 9-hole golf course, a playground and tennis courts. Inside the park you will also find a bar, restaurant, pizzeria and hairdresser. The location is very quiet and peaceful, full of tall trees and therefore shaded if you want to go running. The beach is just a few kilometers away where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas; the nearest town, Tarquinia, is welcoming and has a long history, with its caves dating back to the Etruscan era.

Ground floor: large living / dining room with kitchenette and large French doors leading to the furnished pergola and to the garden with swimming pool; 1 double bedroom that leads to a small room with two single beds which is accessed through a curtain, this room has a French door with access to the back garden; 1 bathroom with shower.
First floor: attic equipped with air conditioning with double bed and small bathroom with shower (being an attic the ceiling is lower than normal).
