19th century 110 m² mill with river view, sleeps 6 + 1 baby (maximum), located in the Isole valley in Bannalec (bordering 3 communes (Bannalec, Saint Thurien, Scaër). Peace and quiet guaranteed, on a protected natural site (hiking, fishing, relaxing, visiting .....and of course gastronomy!!!).
GROUND FLOOR
42 m² living room (river view) with fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, multifunction food processor x2, raclette machine, fondue machine). Living room with tables and benches, lounge with 2 3-seater sofas, 1 1-seater sofa, 1 pouffe.
TV, DVD player, various board games available.
Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, full laundry and cleaning facilities).
WC/spacious bathroom with shower and double basin, infra-red sauna with music and light therapy, steam room.

1st river-view bedroom: 2 single beds 90x190 (new Simmons firm bedding), clothes rack
2 nd river-view bedroom: 1 queen-size bed 160x200 (new Simmons firm bedding), clothes rack

OUTSIDE
17,000 m² of riverside grounds, outdoor tables, barbecue, large parking area in front of the mill (pétanque, soccer pitch, badminton/volleyball court) in adjoining building (former milling museum).
The price also includes:

No weekend or short-stay rentals
-I will welcome you personally to explain how to use the equipment in the houses and to give you good advice (gastronomy, visits, sporting activities ....etc). Brochures from the quimperle communauté tourist office are available in the rentals.
-I'm also on hand when you leave to check in and hand over the keys.
-All bed linen and towels are provided (we make the beds for your arrival, we provide 1 set of towels per person (bath towel, hand towel, glove), bathroom linen and kitchen linen are also provided).
-On request, we can carry out intermediate cleaning.
-I clean the swimming pools 2 times a week (Wednesday and Saturday).
-I also maintain green spaces
-On request, I can take you to or pick you up from the train station or airport, or take you shopping or on visits.
-Wifi access
-SAT TV (foreign channels)
-For seafood lovers, if you wish, I can fetch a seafood platter for you to enjoy on Saturday evening upon arrival.
Close to many tourist sites (Pont-Aven, Concarneau, Quimper, Clohars-Carnoët, Trégunc, Nevez...etc.)
