In a quiet area of the town of Gujan Mestras, pleasant house (semi-detached on one side) of approx. 90 m², with a garden to the rear and front. Its large sheltered terrace will enable you to enjoy outdoor meals with friends or family.
For easy parking, you can park in the driveway.
The veranda provides the dining area, followed by the living room with TV and WIFI.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and Krups capsule coffee maker.
A first large bedroom with 160cm bedding and a walk-in closet for maximum comfort. A second bedroom with a 140cm double bed, also with a closet. A bathroom with walk-in shower. A third and final bedroom with a divan bed (either 80 or 160), and its own cupboard with an extra 80cm bed if required. And a separate WC.
Gujan Mestras offers a host of activities, from amusement parks to small oyster ports. Ideal for vacations with family or friends, you won't have time to get bored. There's a shopping center nearby.

ATTENTION housing without washing machine obviously it was not indicated but until now we always had a LL in our summer hirings of the blow one had not even wondered about it. Otherwise very pleasant rental, furnished and decorated with taste, comfortable bedding.
