The house is located in a closed holiday residence with green spaces and parking.
It is very close to the sea (1 min walk) near the shops and water activities.
It has been completely renovated.
It has an American kitchen: fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, ....
Air conditioning has been installed in the bedroom and the living room.
The living room has two single beds, a TV and a table with chairs.
The room has a 160cm bed (new bedding) and opens onto the terrace.
The two main rooms open onto the terrace, making them independent.
The toilets and the shower room are separate.
The apartment is extended by an overhanging terrace with an exceptional view of the sea, equipped with a large table, deckchairs and barbecue grill.
Free provision of an umbrella bed on request.
A deposit of 400€ will be requested when entering the premises after having carried out the inventory.
A cleaning fee of 50€ also applies.
Bed linen and towels are optional (10€ per bed).
Arrival and departure times may be different by prior arrangement; please contact me for any request outside the usual times.
