This large villa, typical of the region, is built in granite and has an area of 140 m² on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, it includes an American kitchen and living room with bay window and sea view. The bay window gives an exceptional view of the Gulf of Valinco and the bay of Cupabia.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with WC. The garden is fully fenced and has an area of 1500 m².
It is a very quiet, rural area, close to the beaches (5 Km) with many nautical activities.
The house is very sunny and very pleasant to live in, especially for a family.
The location of this house allows you to find freshness at the end of the afternoon after a day spent at the beach.
The house is located in the middle of Southern Corsica, which allows during the day to visit the extreme south, such as the east coast or the region near Ajaccio.
A deposit of 500€ will be required upon entry into the premises after having carried out the inventory.
