Hello,
The 100m2 house is located in Lacanau-Océan, allée de la Baïne, just behind the dune of the ocean, 3 min walk from the sea (250 meters).

It is one of the cheapest in Lacanau next to the beach for 6/8 beds.
Lacanau's freshwater lake is 5 km away: 7 min by car or 20min by bike along the cycle path.
You will enjoy a quiet garden where you can hear the waves and birds. No traffic nuisance or other nocturnal inconvenience since the allée de la Baïne is a dead end.
The East-West exposure allows you to enjoy the sun all day long on the terrace. The house is very bright.
You have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
Two bathrooms: one with shower and the other with bathtub; two toilets.
The 3 bedrooms are isolated from the living area and overlook the garden:
-a first large master bedroom with a double bed 160 cm, has a private shower room and wardrobe.
-a second bedroom with two single beds 90 cm long that can be combined to form a 180 cm bed, wardrobe
-a third bedroom with a double bed 140 cm.
-an additional double bed in the living room with the sofa bed.
The living room is equipped with a dining table with extension for 8 people.
Interior equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, crockery, kitchen utensils, flat screen TV, WIFI
Outdoor facilities: A gas barbecue in bottle, table and chairs, deckchairs.
Bicycle path 20 meters from the house..
4 bikes available for free on site with padlocks and a chain.
Please note: the bikes are not checked by me between each location so I do not guarantee the state of maintenance of the bikes. The bikes are ready for service, they are your responsibility, in the event of theft, they will be retained on deposit
Private and free parking: possibility to park 2 cars in the front garden and 2 more in front of the house.
