This charming vacation home with private pool in Prades-sur-Verzanobre (Occitania) is located just 45 minutes from the beaches of Valras, between Montpellier and Carcassonne. Nestled in a magnificent landscape, this villa has a large pool area sheltered from the view and an exquisite terrace with magnificent views. From here you have a view of the children in the pool. Also enjoy the enchanting view of the forest! A perfect setting for a delicious glass of wine from the region. The garden exudes a feel-good atmosphere. Oak and pine trees provide refreshing shade and the wonderful Mediterranean scents of lavender and thyme are in the air. This vacation property is the ideal home to enjoy your vacation in Languedoc in peace and quiet. The private pool is located slightly below the house and is accessible via a stone staircase. It is surrounded by a large tiled terrace, which is illuminated in the evening. The sunbeds invite you to sunbathe.
From the living room you can access the terrace, which is equipped with a typical stone barbecue where you can prepare local specialties in the summer. The master bedroom with TV has direct access to the terrace. For your comfort, all doors and windows are protected by mosquito nets. The mezzanine is accessible from the living room and has a bed for visitors, but it is not suitable for large children and large adults.
Numerous attractions and activities surround the charming wine-growing town of Prades. The Canal du Midi offers 21 km of shady banks where you can take walks. The beautiful villages of Roquebrun, Pézenas, Minerve are also very interesting destinations within a radius of 35 km as well as the cities of Béziers and Narbonne, both of which have a rich cultural heritage and also offer pedestrian areas as well as beautiful parks.
In Lamalou-les-Bains, a spa town only 18 km away, you can relax in one of its hotels in the heart of an exceptional environment. The coastal towns of Hérault such as Narbonne-Plage, La Grande-Motte, Cap d'Agde, Palavas-les-Flots, Carnon-Plage, Frontignan-Plage or Valras-Plage offer magnificent golden sand beaches. The natural attractions such as Cirque de Mourèze, Lac du Salagou, Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park or Narbonne region are ideal for a family outing. There is nothing to say impeccable location: house, garden and pool maintained. Equipment in quality and number, nothing to complain about. Very quiet and beautiful environment. Very good exposure is for breakfast on the terrace and south for the afternoons by the pool. We look forward to returning.

Very clean. It was a lovely cottage with pool, it felt like home. Very well equipped, it had everything. Region is nice to explore. We had a small problem with the WiFi which was immediately solved Very nice people. We are thinking of booking the cottage next year again.
