Pleasant villa with private swimming pool and 6000m2 enclosed garden, between the Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean Sea.
The house has a terrace where you can enjoy your meals. The interior offers a beautiful, air-conditioned living space and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a lovely shower.
This pretty villa is located in one of the most beautiful towns: Lézignan-Corbières. The market is held here on Wednesdays. There are restaurants, festivals and activities all year round. There are many signposted walking and cycling routes: you can go for a walk directly from the property.
The owners live in the same grounds but, will let you enjoy the swimming pool in complete privacy and will only use it, if you are away.
Let yourself be seduced by this authentic region with its rich heritage, its châteaux, hills and vineyards. Relax on the terrace of a bistro with a glass of orgeat syrup or Voin de Banyuls. Hire a boat or canoe, play a round of golf or lie back on the golden sands of the Mediterranean beaches.
