Discover this charming T3 duplex, ideally located at the entrance to the picturesque La Chaume district, once the haunt of fishermen. Just 300 meters from the ferry that takes you to the large sandy beach, 500 meters from local shops and 2 kilometers from Paracou beach, this vacation rental is the perfect retreat for your stay.
Located on the 2nd and top floor (without elevator), the apartment is composed as follows: on the first level, you'll find an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140 cm) and the second with a mezzanine (maximum height 1.80 m - minimum height 0.85 m) comprising a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (80 cm). An additional bathroom with WC is also available.
Enjoy two terraces, one of which is equipped with an awning, garden furniture and a magnificent view of the channel and marina. A parking space is also available.
Facilities include fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and TV. Please note that pets are not allowed. We offer end-of-stay cleaning (50 € + 1 € per m²), linen rental (18 € per pair of sheets, 10 € per towel/person), and WiFi box rental (39 €/week). A cleaning deposit may be required.
