Super location (quiet, beach on the ocean side by foot in 10 minutes, village centre by foot in 10 minutes). Surface and rooms well adapted for a couple with 2 children who get along well (sleep in the same room). The veranda allows you to live "outside" in all weathers (useful in Brittany). It's a pity that some old double glazing has deteriorated (fogged up between the 2 windows), and the electric hobs are in very bad condition (but they heat up well). Reception by the agency completely overwhelmed on this day of very large crowds (well 40 minutes of waiting to pick up the keys).
