The Kerbiscart residence boasts a privileged location, making this 108m2 duplex an extremely pleasant place to stay. Located on the 2nd and top floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer) opening onto a sea-view balcony, a dining room opening onto a sea-view balcony, 2 bedrooms (beds 140 and 2x90), bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine features a lounge/TV area and a sleeping area (bed 120), a bedroom (bed 140) with velux window and sea view, and a small shower room. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI, a small electric barbecue, a cot and high chair, and a garage (difficult to access and for small cars).
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, exactly as it has been described. Unfortunately the toilet was not clean at all and there was a bad smell and the water did not drain well in the showers because of the hair blocking the hose. It is very unpleasant to take a shower in stagnant water and it had to be cleaned.
