On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Large terrace, patio. Barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and Lago di Mezzola. Facilities: hair dryer. Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors.
