The Résidence Moliets is located in the heart of the pine forest on the edge of the 27-hole golf course that runs down to the ocean. You can reach the sea on foot or by bike, just 1.5km away.
Moliets is famous for its beaches and surfing. You can also enjoy a wide range of activities*: body boarding, go-karting, archery...

Freshwater sailors can take advantage of 4 pools scattered around the village, including 2 heated ones and one with a diving pit.

This house will seduce you with its west-facing aspect, where you'll watch the sun set over the treetops. The view from the living room and the two main bedrooms is unobstructed, as you face the park and the green of Hole 9 of the Moliets International Golf Course.
The house is far from any nuisance, and you won't hear any noise, especially from the residence's swimming pool, which is just a 2-minute walk away. You're a 10-minute walk from the start of hole 1 (2 courses: 18-hole and 9-hole) without leaving the Les Maisons du Golf estate. You're 12 minutes from the beach via the bike path without passing a car. The house is one of the few semi-detached on one side only.
The interior of the house benefits from owner's fittings: hotel-quality bed in the master bedroom, 160 cm wide; large 3-door sliding closet in the master bedroom. The two beds in the second bedroom can remain side by side or be separated. In all 3 bedrooms, bedside tables on each side of the beds, individual "storm" bedside lamps. Additional storage space. Two televisions and a modern household appliance complete this property:
