Nous aimons la mer, la randonnée, le vélo et nous nous sommes mis au Padel. Vous avez à 6 minutes en vélo un complexe sportif très bien équipé avec tennis,padel, fitness, piscine, restaurant.

Apartment completely renovated, 200 meters from the beach on foot, and 200 meters from the city center. Sant Carles is a quiet little town where there are many things to do around. La playa del trabucador (beach and kite surf), Punta de la baya (lighthouse nature reserve and flamingos), Delta de l'Ebre (lagoon and bird watching, nature reserve known for its birds, dunes, beaches, and trails, Forada Montsiá (hiking and mountain) and many other things. The tourist office is located 50 meters from the apartment.
Concerning the apartment, it is refurbished like the beds which are 140x190, the kitchen is also new with complete equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave oven, multi-function oven,
The living room includes a sofa and its meridian, a coffee table the top rises and you have inside all the manuals of use of the appliances, a reversible air conditioning, a television with its decoder (there are only the French channels), wifi is available and it is included in the price of the rental.
The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, a basin with its furniture, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, a

In the hallway you have a desk, a removable air conditioning that allows you to cool the rooms if you wish, a new gas bottle just in case. In a wardrobe you have at your disposal beach rackets, a bag to do your shopping, a basin and its clothes pegs if you want to hang your laundry (on the 4th floor on the terrace when you enter on the right you have 3 green wires that correspond to your apartment), a vacuum cleaner is at your disposal, a bucket, a shovel and its brush.
Pets are not accepted, the apartment is non-smoking, the beds will have sheets and pillows with 2 large towels and 2 small bath towels for the living room and per room. When you leave, you will have to remove the sheets and pillowcases to make it easier for the person who comes to do the cleaning and make the beds.
A deposit of 200€ will be required.
