Location: old house (1975) on one level, in enclosed grounds (250 m²) with garden (lawn), 220 m from access to the central beach, next to the "Pavillon de l'Aunis", 100 m from shops on avenue de la plage and approx. 300 m from shops in town center.
Layout: 1 living room with a lounge area: 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, 1 flat-screen TV (small format) and 1 fireplace (decorative only); and a lounge area, opening onto the terrace and garden, at the front of the house (street side) - 1 small kitchen (7 m²): 1 gas stove (4 burners) with oven, 1 microwave, 1 mini-oven, 1 fridge with small freezer and 1 dishwasher - 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds. (80) and the other with a 2-person bed (140) - 1 shower room (washbasin, shower cubicle and storage unit) - 1 separate WC - in the corridor, a wall cupboard with washing machine.
